Question: When I try to watch an episode, I can hear the sound, but I can't see anything. Why?

Answer: If you're having playback problems, you do not have the proper codec installed for video playback. I recommend downloading and installing ffdshow tryouts, which has all the codecs you'll need.


Question: My download finishes too early, or when I try to open it I get a message like: "Invalid or corrupted file" "Unexpected end of archive" "Cannot open file: it does not apper to be valid archive. If you downloaded this file, try downloading the file again." etc.

Answer: Your download probably was disconnected before it finished. Try using a browser or download program that allows you to resume a partial download. We are working on a solution to this problem.


Question: I'm trying to download an episode but it is so slow!

Answer: At Naruto Chaos, we try our hardest to provide quality downloads, and secure the best connections that we can afford. We are currently looking into other ways to provide direct downloads, including providing downloads in a queue.

Question: When I try to download episodes why do I get a 403 Forbidden Error?

Answer: This is because of referrers. First, disable any download manager you may be using. Then, make sure your browser isn't blocking referrers. If you tried the previous suggestions and you still get a forbidden error, then try disabling your firewall temporarily and then try downloading. This ensures that nothing is blocking the connection to download.
